Bouygues Travaux Publics (TP) and Laing O'Rourke, two of Europe’s most dynamic engineering and construction specialists, are working together in a joint venture named BYLOR to deliver the main civil engineering works at Hinkley Point C (HPC) worth over £2.8 billion. HPC is one of the largest and most complex projects in Europe and will take 10 years to complete. At the peak of construction 5,600 people will be working at the site and over the course of the project some 25,000 employment opportunities will be created.
